For decades, lunchboxes have made it possible to take your favorite superhero to lunch.  And in that time, lunchboxes have become one of the most sought after collectables in American.  And as you'll see inside, superheroes have played their part in lunchbox history and have appeared on boxes of all sizes, shapes and textures.

In fact, as the exhibit shows, superhero lunchboxes have become such a powerful icon that they've been recreated as Christmas tree ornaments and salt and pepper shakers.  

Wander through the Museum's extensive collection of superpowered lunchboxes.  You may be surprised at who you find inside.
